How do we ship?

We ship our Customs Free to you with the associated tracking. An order that contains a Custom will receive Free Shipping with tracking. We will ship via our carbon-neutral method as much as possible, but many orders have a timeline that may require standard shipping methods. You can read more about this shipping method here. Each order is packaged in 100% compostable bags and laid into a recyclable cardboard box. Please reuse, recycle, or compost all shipping materials properly after you receive your order.
