Custom Request Policy
✅ FULL CUSTOM REQUEST POLICY
1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to begin any custom jacket order.
Your deposit is applied toward your final total as long as your order is completed and not abandoned.
This deposit does not represent the full jacket price. Final amounts vary based on design complexity, materials, and labor.
2. Card Authorization for Remaining Balance (via Depo)
When you pay your deposit, your card is securely vaulted through Depo.
This allows me to charge your remaining balance automatically once your custom jacket is finished.

Your card will not be charged again until your jacket is ready.

You will receive a notice before the final charge.

This automated final payment protects against unpaid or abandoned custom orders.
3. Final Pricing
Exact pricing is determined after you submit your Custom Request Form, as each design is unique.
Typical custom jackets range from $300–$750+ depending on:

stitch time
-
materials
-
add-ons or upgrades
Your $150 deposit is always credited toward your total unless the order is abandoned.
4. Payment Options for the Final Balance
Your final balance is normally charged automatically to your vaulted card through Depo.
However, Shop Pay Installments may be allowed for the final balance upon request, at ThunderStomp Threadz discretion.
This option must be arranged before your jacket is completed and is not guaranteed.
If approved:

We will send you an invoice for your remaining balance

You may choose Shop Pay Interest-Free Installments at checkout

If you successfully pay the invoice, we will not use Depo to charge your saved card

If you fail to pay within the arranged timeframe, we will charge your remaining balance through Depo using the vaulted card on file
This ensures flexible payment options without compromising order security.
5. Rush Order Fee
Rush orders are available only when scheduling allows.
A Rush Order Fee may be added to your final balance if you require faster production.
6. Custom Request Form Requirement
You must complete the Custom Request Form before paying your deposit.
This form allows you to describe your design concept and upload reference images.
Your deposit should be paid after your form is completed and reviewed for approval.
7. Abandoned or Unresponsive Orders (14-Day Limit)
Due to the custom nature of my work:

If you become unresponsive for 14 days, your order will be treated as abandoned.

Abandoned orders forfeit the deposit, and the project will be permanently closed.

Materials, artwork, or concepts may be repurposed after an order is abandoned.
This protects production time and prevents long-term unfinished projects.
8. Final Payment
When your jacket is finished:

You will receive an approval photo

Your remaining balance will be charged through Depo unless an installment invoice has been arranged

Your jacket ships once the final payment is successfully processed
If the final payment fails:
You will have 48 hours to update your payment method.
If no payment is received within 48 hours, the order is treated as abandoned, your deposit is forfeited, and the completed jacket may be resold, repurposed, or used as a studio sample at ThunderStomp Threadz discretion.
Note: Any designs created by ThunderStomp Threadz are property of ThunderStomp Threadz. Designs made as Custom Requests are available to be purchased to stay exclusive to the original customer. The fee for exclusive ownership of a ThunderStomp Threadz embroidered design is $150 that will be added to the sale price. If this fee is not paid, the Custom is elegible to be sold to any other customers at any point in time under the terms of ThunderStomp Threadz.
